Our Story

Founded in 2025 by Marc van den Berg, a former Salesforce and HubSpot customer, the Hyper Change Network was created to tackle the enterprise CRM challenge. The challenge arises when organisations implement powerful platforms like Salesforce, and over time, they accumulate layers of custom functionality and integrations. The result? Complex, costly and inflexible CRM ecosystems that drain resources, slow innovation and distracts from what matters most — your customers.

The Hyper Change Network exists to help organisations break free from this cycle. We guide businesses through CRM transformation with a structured approach to change management, minimising risk, reinforcing strategic foundations and ensuring that investments lead to measurable success.

The Hyper Change framework provides a 6-stage process that guides organisations from getting up front Executive alignment, through to submitting a comprehensive business case to secure investment and funding. The steps in the process take organisations through a structured approach that puts in place the strategic building blocks needed to successfully navigate CRM change at scale and speed and mitigate business risk.
