Founded in 2025, The Hyper Change Network is a digital transformation advisory network focused on strategy, enablement, and adoption. Our vision is to be a global leader in human-centric digital transformation, with a core belief that technology enables transformation, and people determine whether it succeeds.

In our transformation experience, including leading one of the world’s largest Salesforce-to-HubSpot migrations in the world, we have seen first-hand how technology implementations fail, not due to software limitations, but due to organisational misalignment, lack of leadership clarity, and poor adoption.
